I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel features a charming Bariloche vibe with comfortable areas, and while the reception was picturesque, I encountered some issues with the heating system. The spa was crowded but enjoyable, and the homemade food at the restaurant was definitely a highlight. On the downside, I found that the gym and spa facilities were often overcrowded, which detracted from my experience.
